Two things happen on this site: you call a number, or you fill in a form. This covers what each one collects and where it goes, and what is counted when you simply read a page.
The number published here is a call-tracking number, not a line that rings in an office. Calls placed to it are recorded, and the recording plus the call metadata — the number you dialed from, the time, how long the call lasted, and the city and state your carrier reports — are retained by the call-tracking provider on behalf of this site. If you would rather not be recorded, use the form instead and say so, or ask the operator for a direct number when they call you back.
Your name, your phone number, the option you pick describing the situation, and whatever you type in the description box. Nothing else is required and nothing else is asked for. There is no payment field, and this site never asks for a card number, a bank detail, a date of birth or a government identifier.
Alongside that, the form records which page you were on when you submitted it, which page you first landed on, the site that referred you if any, and any campaign tags in the link you followed. That is attribution data about the visit, not about you, and it is what makes it possible to tell which pages produce real inquiries.
To the independent removal operator covering your address, so they can call you back and quote the job. That operator is a separate business and handles your details under their own practices, not these. A copy reaches the inbox that runs this site.
Your details are not sold. They are not passed to a lead marketplace, not shared with multiple contractors to bid against each other, and not used to add you to a mailing list.
No advertising cookies are set by this site and no advertising pixel is loaded. One entry is written to your browser’s session storage to remember which page you first arrived on; it is cleared when you close the tab and it leaves your browser only inside a form you send. Fonts are requested from Google’s font service, which as a consequence sees your IP address, as it does on most of the web.
What does load, and only on pages served from akrondeadanimalremoval.com itself (preview copies send nothing), is Google Analytics. Google’s gtag.js script runs with measurement ID G-CBN60DEXBK and keeps two cookies in your browser under this site’s own name, _ga and _ga_CBN60DEXBK, used for analytics alone; they are how the counting knows a browser has visited before. For every page, Google learns its URL, the title shown on your tab, which page linked you here, and general facts about the browser and device you use. It also hears about six moments: a phone number tapped, the menu opened, a request-removal link clicked, your first move into the form, a submit the form lets through, and reaching the thank-you page. The form’s contents are never sent to it, so your name, number, the option you picked and your description stay out; its job is a tally of visits and a sense of which pages and buttons get used, and inquiries never pass through it.
Form submissions and call records are kept while they are useful for handling the inquiry and for checking that the routing worked, and are removed after that. If you want your inquiry deleted sooner, call 330-790-1016 or use the form and say so, and it will be removed on request.
This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.
If this policy changes, the changed version replaces this one on this page. There is no archive of previous versions and no notification is sent.
Call 330-790-1016 or use the contact page. Ask for the inquiry to be deleted, corrected, or sent to you, and it will be dealt with.
